Daniel R. Beerck is responsible for providing legal services and advice to administrative and educational departments at The Ohio State University on matters of contractual agreement review, drafting, and negotiation, federal and state regulatory compliance, and related matters. Previously he served as Associate General Counsel for the North American Division of an international public and private transportation corporation with operations in some 38 states, Puerto Rico, and Canada, with over 30,000 employees. He was also in private practice in Cincinnati at a firm that served a number of municipal and local governmental entities. Mr. Beerck received his B.F.A. from the University of Cincinnati, and his J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College Of Law.
