Robert's primary areas of responsibility include:
- business, contracting, real estate, and financial areas
- the University's affiliated entities
Robert previously has served in the administration of The Ohio State University for over 30 years. He has extensive senior-level experience in the negotiation and drafting of contracts, policies, and legislation; acquisition, sale, and lease of real estate; land use regulations; establishment and operation of non-profit entities; purchasing and competitive bidding policies and requirements; and enterprise risk management. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the National Association of College and University Attorneys.
