Haily Miller Senior Assistant General Counsel

Haily serves as an Assistant General Counsel in the Wexner Medical Center’s Business Transactions Group.  Her duties include working directly with the Wexner Medical Center’s leadership and clients to support all contracting and related matters.  She began her legal career in 2018 as a Legal Fellow in the Wexner Medical Center’s Office of Legal Affairs.  As a Fellow, Haily gained experience and knowledge in healthcare transactions, risk management, litigation, and compliance.  Prior to joining Ohio State, Haily worked within two of Central Ohio’s largest health systems, a Fortune 500 company, and nationally recognized and regional law firms.
