Morgan Linn Senior Associate General Counsel

Morgan assists with managing and overseeing a portion of the litigation for the University, including personal injury, premises liability, workers compensation, and subrogation claims against the University. Before joining the Office of Legal Affairs, Morgan served the Ohio Attorney General's Office for 11 years as a Senior Assistant Attorney General, where she represented the Ohio Department of Medicaid and the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services in both state and federal litigation, the Ohio Department of Public Safety (Ohio State Highway Patrol) in state and federal civil rights litigation, and the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Corrections in federal habeas corpus litigation.
