Olivia joined the Ohio State University Office of Legal Affairs and the Ohio State Wexner Medical Center Risk Management Team in May 2026. Prior to joining the Office of Legal Affairs, she worked in private practice at an international law firm, where she specialized in civil litigation. Since joining the Office of Legal Affairs, Olivia has provided legal guidance to medical staff regarding the physician-patient relationship, patient boundary and dismissal letters, ambulatory care locations, medical device regulatory reporting, and subpoenas. She also supports event investigations and assists with the development and drafting of policies and procedures.
