Jen Davis is a Registered Nurse and Certified Professional Healthcare Risk Manager (CPHRM). She monitors patient safety events and investigates them for opportunities for improvement, regulatory compliance, or the possibility of future litigation. She supplies information and education related to risk reduction strategies and legal compliance to staff at the Wexner Medical Center. 

Jen graduated from the University of Akron with a B.S. in Nursing and from Kent State University with an M.S. in Nursing and Health Systems Leadership. Her clinical background includes neurology, oncology, and critical care. She has served as a board member on a wide variety of nursing associations, including the American Nurses Association and the Ohio Society of Healthcare Risk Managers. Jen joined the medical center in 2017 and became a member of the Risk Management team in 2019.
