Linda Gilbert

Paralegal

Linda Gilbert is a paralegal in the Litigation practice group within the Office of Legal Affairs. Linda provides paralegal support in various litigation matters, including, but not limited to, personal injury, premises liability, workers’ compensation, and employment claims made against the University. Linda also assists with and helps manage preservation notices, litigation holds, and pre-litigation investigations. 

Before joining the Office of Legal Affairs in 2023, Linda worked as a Legal Research Analyst for the Supreme Court of Ohio - Office of Disciplinary Counsel, worked as the Case Management Coordinator for the Ohio Ethics Commission, and gained extensive paralegal experience at several private law firms.
