Senior Associate General Counsel

David serves as Senior Associate General Counsel in the Ohio State University’s Office of Legal Affairs, where he advises on public safety, research, and student conduct. His portfolio features section 1983 civil rights litigation, compliance matters, controlled substance compliance, white-collar crime and government investigations, crisis response, and Clery Act obligations. With over a decade of experience across public and private sectors, he applies a pragmatic, solutions-oriented approach to strategy and is regarded for developing institution-wide legal and compliance programs that strengthen oversight and mitigates risk.
