Morgan joined the Office of Legal Affairs in 2019. She manages and oversees all litigation for the University in a variety of forums, including state and federal courts. In this role, Morgan works closely with outside counsel and The Office of the Attorney General on a wide variety of pre-litigation and litigation matters including class actions,  personal injury claims, premises liability claims, employment/faculty claims, contract disputes, workers compensation, and healthcare subrogation. Morgan also oversees a team who manages litigation relating to the Wexner Medical Center and provides counsel on risk management. 

Before joining OLA, Morgan worked at the Ohio Attorney General’s Office for 11 years, representing state agency clients in civil rights matters, capital habeas corpus matters, administrative health care matters, and served as the office’s HIPAA privacy officer.
