Jordan Shaw is a highly experienced legal professional with 24 years of expertise in the legal field, currently serving as a Risk Management Paralegal at The Ohio State University Medical Center. For nearly four years, Jordan has provided critical support to the Risk Management Department, working closely with attorneys, risk managers, and faculty/staff to ensure efficient case management, patient safety, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of high-quality legal services. 

Before joining the Office of Legal Affairs, Jordan built a strong foundation as a litigation paralegal at a private law firm specializing in insurance defense law. This experience equipped her with advanced skills in litigation support, contract preparation, and client communication, enabling her to navigate complex legal matters with precision and professionalism. 

Throughout her career, Jordan has demonstrated a deep understanding of legal procedures and a steadfast commitment to excellence. Her ability to manage intricate cases, maintain meticulous documentation, and foster collaborative relationships has consistently contributed to successful legal outcomes. With a proven track record spanning more than two decades, Jordan continues to bring integrity, expertise, and dedication.
