Jon Walden joined the Office of Legal Affairs in July 2023. As part of OLA’s Real Estate Practice Group, Jon’s primary area of responsibility is representing Facilities, Design & Construction on OSU’s construction projects.  Jon also advises FOD Operations on contract and procurement related matters. Prior to joining OSU, Jon held dual roles as Chief Legal Counsel and Chief of Staff at the Ohio Facilities Construction Commission.  Jon also previously served in the Ohio Attorney General’s office and spent five-years in private practice with Bailey Cavalieri, LLC.
