Abigail joined The Ohio State University’s Office of Legal Affairs in 2026 where she advises the Department of Athletics on Name, Image and Likeness (NIL)-related business and intellectual property matters, and Business Advanvement on complex transactions. Prior to joining OLA, Abigail served as the Deputy Athletics Director, Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel to Army West Point Athletic Association where she oversaw policies, internal investigations, human resources, NCAA compliance, insurance, risk management, and advised the Board of Directors and department leadership on all legal and contractual matters. She also served as the primary legal advisor to Army West Point on matters related to the annual Army-Navy Football Game. Abigail was named the Interim Director of Athletics at Army West Point in early 2025, the first women entrusted to lead the athletics department at the United States Military Academy. Abigail began her career at the NCAA National Office before transitioning to roles within the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office, the America East Conference, and USA Swimming, Inc.
