 Jessica Riley joined the Office of Legal Affairs in September 2025 as a Clinical Risk Manager, where she plays a key role in advancing patient safety and supporting risk mitigation strategies across the medical center. Jessica brings over a decade of clinical experience from The James, where she served in a variety of nursing roles. Her background includes two years as an inpatient nurse on a medical oncology and benign hematology unit, five years as a clinic nurse in Radiation Oncology, and four years in leadership within the James Ambulatory Surgery Unit (ASU). Jessica’s deep clinical expertise and leadership experience uniquely position her to contribute meaningfully to the Legal Affairs team, bridging the gap between frontline care and enterprise risk management.
