Haily serves as a Senior Assistant General Counsel in the Wexner Medical Center’s Business Transactions Group.  Her duties include working directly with the Wexner Medical Center’s leadership and administrators to provide legal guidance and support on contracting and related business matters.  She began her legal career in 2018 as a Legal Fellow in the Wexner Medical Center’s Office of Legal Affairs.  As a Fellow, Haily gained experience in a multitude of areas, including healthcare transactions, contracts, risk management, litigation, insurance, and compliance.  Prior to joining Ohio State, Haily worked within two of Central Ohio’s largest health systems, a Fortune 500 company, and nationally recognized and regional law firms.
