Heidi oversees the Real Estate and Facilities group within the Office of Legal Affairs. Her practice primarily involves providing counsel to University leadership and the office of Planning, Architecture and Real Estate in areas of real estate development, planning, leasing, acquisition and disposition of real property.
Prior to joining the Office of Legal Affairs, Heidi served as General Counsel to The Olnick Organization, Inc., a New York City-based real estate owner, developer and manager. Heidi began her legal career as a real estate associate at Bingham McCutchen LLP and then Patterson Belknap Webb & Tyler LLP, focusing on the financing, leasing, purchasing and selling of commercial office and retail properties. Heidi also currently serves as the Secretary for Campus Partners for Community Urban Redevelopment and Science and Technology Campus Corporation, each a University affiliated entity.
